THE BEAUTY OF BEING EDUCATOR

      They always say that teaching is a noblest profession among all for it requires a lot of trainings, patience, courage and passion in order to say that we're a professional and effective teacher. We must put alot of effort in making lesson plans, instructional materials and even powerpoint presentation in order to have a collaborative discussion. It also challenges us on what strategies we are going to use for us to captivate the attention of our learners and for them to learn effectively. 

        

          Every profession has its beauty that gives a reason for the people to take it just like in Education. Although it requires a lot such as time, effort, perseverance and patience but this is just to ensure that we will be an effective teacher someday. The beauty behind this course is that we are able to help in transforming the future of our learners in a way that we are guiding them all through out their academic journey. Meanwhile, being an educator is not just focus on academic success of every student but also in developing their skills and behavior that is necessary in the real world context. We also show to them the reality and help them to be ready to adapt with the rapid changes that's happening globally. We Teachers, also inspires and motivate everyone to be on their own selves and not to stop believing in the dreams they are aiming to achieve in this manner we are also influencing them to be the hope of tomorrow and a leader of today. The reason behind its uniqueness are; first it supports success, it changes the behavior, it lights student direction to take, it boost self-confidence, it motivates to do more and also it helps in molding future careers of everyone. 

       Teachers are not just merely implying knowledge but it develop learners holistically. Their responsibility not just end inside the school premises itself, but they also have a wide range responsibility in society and to the parents of the learners as well. That's why being a Teacher is not a simple one but it took alot of responsibilities. Yes, we might undergo a wide range of challenges but always remember that if we want to then we can do.
